09 / From the owner

Family-operated, not a chain

We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're family-operated, so if something isn't right, it falls on us, and we make it right that same day.

I manage the schedule from one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.

Common questions

What happens during a weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an oversized door, grab bars, and enough room to maneuver a wheelchair.

How do long-term rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit on your property until you call to have it removed.

What's the service frequency?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can add a second visit each week.
